Q: What do the initials SRIA stand for?

A: Societas Rosicruciana in Anglia (Society of Rosicrucians in England)

Q: Do you have to be a freemason to join?

A: Yes. Members must be Master Masons and accept the principles of the Trinitarian Christian faith.

Q: Isn’t this supposed to be secret?

A: No, but it is a society for members and the college meetings are private. Visitors are quite welcome to the site and free to read our articles and ask any questions, which we are happy to answer as best we can. More details are available in the leaflets on the “about us” pages which is a good place to start for anyone with an interest

Q: I am a Master Mason and am interested in the SRIA - what should I do?

A: Read the literature on the “About us / SRIA” pages to find out more about the society. The “Why the SRIA?” booklet contains a list of colleges in the province: You may write to the secretary of the college most convenient to you, expressing your interest and he will arrange for you to be given more information about joining.
